The wait was more than 20 minutes, and I arrived at opening with only two people ahead of me. But what made me rank it OK, is because the people working did not seem knowledgeable enough about the provider. They did seem patient and friendly, so I would think with more experience that they are going to be great.

Brian the blonde curly haired guy was very helpful and knowledgeable, I was upset with my service at Verizon and he made the whole experience much better.
