This was my very 1st visit to a Cell Phone store. I expected long lines and a long wait. What I received was a warm greeting and Natalie. She transferred my old phone data onto my new phone. She was quick, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Thanks Verizon, I’ll be back!
