“Was told 30 minutes and he was there in 10 😮💨 Just needed a quick tow for my truck from the shop to home and he was absolutely amazing. Super nice guy and took care of and respected my truck the entire time with zero issues loading or unloading. Subdivisions are every big trucks dread but we found a solution in no time and he was genuinely nice. Also cute so that was a plus! 10/10 would recommend Jim’s for sure. Bonus points if I can request the same guy for my next needed tow. My truck was definitely in good and trusted hands.”
