Maybe Lowe's messed up my address, but you held my package for 3 days? WHY didn't anyone contact me? What would have happened if I wouldn't have tracked it down? You deliver my mail for 30 years, but nobody wants to go the extra mile 😒 sad

Tony is always helpful. Never complains. Accepts my packages with a smile. Tries to answer all questions and concerns to the best of his ability or leads me to the right person if it’s out of this area. I appreciate that he shows up to his job to do his job with zero negative attitude about it.
