“Recently discovered this gem of a craft store! I placed an order for Fimo exactly a week ago and it arrived in pristine condition. The packaging was super sturdy and throughly padded.
Prior to the shipping of my order I received a call from one of Du All’s employees notifying me about one of the items being out of stock. They were BEYOND helpful and truly a pleasure to speak with to find a really great substitution. I did not get the name of the individual but if they see this, thank you!!
I look forward to shopping with them again as the clay is super malleable out of the package and not crumbly as other stores have typically sold it. Not to mention the vast array of colors you can select from!
