“RiteMed Pharmacy is amazing! I got fed up with a big name pharmacy because I could never get anyone on the phone, and it would take sometimes up to a week before my meds came in. I decided to try the small not-corporate pharmacy at the end of my street, and it has been the best decision I’ve made in years!
All the staff at RiteMed are very friendly, and the pharmacist takes time to speak with every patient, every time you call or go in. If they don’t have something in stock, they’ll have it for you next day. I highly recommend them!”
“I agree with the person who just wrote the other post about this particular pharmacy working with what you have available and in this particular situation i really didn't have my wallet I forgot everything at home or whatever the situation was and I had x amount of dollars in my pocket and I had a coupon from GoodRx. Without dragging out this pretty fairly long story in a lot of different things twists and turns but in the end I got my prescription with the money I had my pocket which was at least $40 less than what I should have paid.

“Using the scan and go app is quite convenient for many tasks. The app provides a streamlined experience that saves valuable time for everyone. Many people appreciate the ease of access and functionality. However, at peak times for fuel, it may become crowded. Therefore, using it early in the morning or late in the evening would be best.”
“Man this pharmacy really pulls through quick with the scripts! I’d say this location is the most experienced with dealing with insurance companies than any pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. And if they don’t have something that you need they can send you to their sister company which is also great Elite Drugs! They put me through for a delivery yesterday while I was shopping and they delivered it the same night! Delivery guy was cool as hell too! Some of the most genuinely nice employees that I’ve ever came across in life. Since day one they treated me like I’m family or a longtime customer that they’ve already built a bond too! “Yesterday, on Sunday, the 24th, I was at the checkout line, I had a lot of items but I didn't have a bigger cart, so Mark ran outside and came back with a bigger cart for my items. He should be promoted. Also, there was a woman at the front entrance, I forget which one, but she seems shy and reserved but extremely composed and talkative when she meets new people incoming and exiting the store. Finally, I told her that this was my favorite Meijers location, I didn't say the reason was because of her and Mark, they should both be promoted, I don't know her name, but she was nice.”

“Complete Panic with needing a medication for my dog and they closed in a half hour from my call. They were able to get a hold of Walgreens at 1:18 as Walgreens was closing for lunch at 1:30. They filled my medication for me and I can’t Thank them enough for this. It’s also a holiday weekend so I would have been screwed. I Highly recommended this pharmacy especially for your fur babies.”

Service like this is very hard to get and especially when it comes to your health and medications.

What a rip-off and I don't have any problems with them. When they say it's ready, it's ready they didn't lose it or make any mistakes or close for lunch for an hour”
