“The Best Store Experience Ever! ( and we did not even visit the store)
I want to give a special shoutout to the store manager at the Birch Run Polo Outlet (I believe her name is Lauren, but I could be mistaken). Her outstanding service turned a frustrating situation into a truly memorable experience.
Here’s what happened:
A couple of days ago, my husband purchased a jacket from the Polo outlet store at Chicago Premium Outlets in Aurora. Since it wasn’t in stock, the staff placed an order from another store. Unfortunately, the jacket arrived damaged—with holes and a security tag still attached. We returned to the Aurora store to resolve the issue, and they placed another order, only for it to be canceled by the other store.
What followed was a nightmare of back-and-forth calls between stores. The Aurora store told us the refund could only be processed by the other store, while the other store claimed it was Aurora’s responsibility. Weeks passed, and we were stuck without a refund or a replacement jacket.
That’s when we reached out to the Birch Run store in Michigan. The store manager went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Not only did she arrange for a new jacket to be sent with expedited shipping (at no additional cost), but she also included a thoughtful apology and a gift for a mistake that wasn’t even theirs.
After weeks of frustration, the Birch Run team restored our trust in the brand with their exceptional service and customer care.
Thank you to the Birch Run staff for giving us an experience that makes us want to shop with Ralph Lauren again. Your dedication to service recovery is truly commendable.”

“Very easy to shop here for every member of the family, usually ladies dept is the most organized and childrens and mens are mid-that wasnt the case. Nice and neat, only draw back is there are fewer fitting rooms and open registers than would be more helpul for better shopping experience.”
“Yesterday I took my daughter to the Mall. We shopped at several stores, but truthfully we were most satisfied with our experience at rue21. I would like to thank Dawn for the excellent customer service. My Daughter was looking for a shirt and Dawn immediately looked through everything she could find in her size, she pulled several items that she believed my daughter would like. Dawn listened and gave suggestions which helped us. She not only sold us the shirt we initially asked for, but we walked out with over 6 shirts and a few other items. Because of her, we left very satisfied. She seems to really care about others. it's hard to find people who work to make others happy. She deserves to be recognized for hard work, for her positive attitude, and for paying attention to what the customer likes because had she not, we would have left with 1 item. I give rue21 FIVE STARS! Thanks for making my daughter happy on her birthday and we will be back again soon!”

“If you love what's called urban wear/hip hop esque clothing like me this chain of stores is amazing. They have clothing and shoes from babies to adults. Brands like jordan, Nike, puma, tap out, baby ape, and more all a quarter of typical prices and still brand new. My favorite store wish there was even more and closer to me.”
“Although I own many thing from them, things can be quite pricey and it can be a let down when something you like is too expensive. But other than that, the sales workers there are really nice and a lot of the clothes they have really fit my style.”
