“I did an online order where I request for the items that were available to be picked up in store. There were 2 associates working that day both spoke as I arrived. I was able to recieve my order after checking needed information. (I appreciate this. I know not just anyone can say it was me) Before leaving the expressed all the current deals and offers that were currently available. Although, I stayed an extra 5-10 mins in the store due to this, but unfortunately didn't make a purchase. The ladies answered every question asked without sounding like I was getting on their nerves. I have purchased again since that encounter.”

“So yes, it's in the hood but they do have some nice things. I love the manager, she's so down to earth and is well to make sure you're seen. I DO NOT CARE, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AND HAS ALWAYS BEEN GOOD TO ME. SHE'S A HARD WORKER. She is always seen doing something. She is not a lazy I told you to do this , this isn't done, power struck person from my personal experience. Continue to be great, that's why the store is still there in my personal opinion. “I tried to get my balance on an old Michael Kors’ gift card through the website and the phone number listed on the back of the card . The website gave me an error message and the phone number kept hanging up on me. I took my card to the Michael Kors in Birch Run, MI to try and see if they could find my balance at the store . Ann tried to get the balance on my card, but was unable to get the balance either. She took my contact information and made a call to get my card balance. She mailed me a new gift card since I wasn’t in the area anymore. I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service I received. Instead of just giving me a number to call Ann made the call and got me a new card. Thanks again!”
