9271 N Irish Rd, Mt MorrisWe contacted Lynn Kay Kennels right after we lost our beloved Jett at 7 to an aggressive cancer. Marci was very responsive and open to us visiting. She was very responsive to our texts. We put a deposit down on a puppy and stopped by to meet Marci, Lynn and the dogs. The Newfs are beautiful and were freely running and playing around the yard. We met Charlie and a few other dogs. While we were there, Marci let us know she had an older dog that was returned to them, as they always take their puppies back if need be regardless of age. We met L and instantly fell in love. We decided to forego a puppy for now and adopted a 5, almost 6 year old boy. He was sent to us from heaven to take care of us and our Golden - as we miss Jett so much. L is the perfect dog. He is so healthy and so well trained, loving, and gentle with people, other dogs, cats, etc. We are so happy to have our new addition from Lynn and Marci.
We will get a puppy one day but for now we have the best dog and love and care for him like no other! Marci asked us to send pictures and stay in touch. They truly care what's best for their pups. Thanks Marci and Lynn.

Our boy Rhodi has been with us 11 years and life wouldn't have been the same without him. So with him and I getting older, it is a top priority of mine to ensure he is getting to live his best life. With these ladies care of him, I know he is getting exactly that. I always smile and laugh after he's had his visit and comes out strutting around in his new bandana and I never fail to see the comfort and ease he has towards these fine, professional and top of their field Ladies.

3423 Mount Morris Rd, Mt MorrisI am SO impressed with the experienced we’ve had with stonehill kennels. We adopted our dog from them when he was 8 weeks old this past August and the process was so easy. He is our first dog and has been so gentle, loves people and other dogs, and has such a fun and playful personality. Since adopting him, I have regularly spoken with Shelly and Stacy via phone or text and they have been so happy to answer any questions I’ve had regarding training, teething, socialization, etc.
He is now 7 months old and recently just came home from their two week board and train program and I am so impressed with his progress. Before attending the training, due to his size and strength, he was extremely difficult to walk on leash without pulling, would jump in excitement, and overall really struggled to have an “off switch”, making it difficult to work from home. Now, we are able to enjoy walks as he keeps a consistent heel throughout the entire walk, has learned to settle and play by himself while I work from home, and has great manners around other people and dogs. Stacy did an incredible job working with him and explaining how to maintain his progress at home. Highly recommend stonehill kennels for breeding and training!

Butternut Creek Kennels
6206 Scott Rd, Mt MorrisI really challenged them by bringing in five of my medium dogs to stay five days, at the last minute. The challenge was accepted without a bat of an eye! All my dogs loved their time there. Def recommend!!
