About United States Postal Service
The United States Postal Service is the only organization to regularly deliver to every address, providing secure, reliable, and affordable delivery. It manages many retail locations. Experiences can vary, with some very positive interactions and some not so great ones. The location can get very busy. Staff members, including carriers, have been described as super nice, friendly, helpful, awesome, and kind, with one going out of their way to assist with a delivery issue. While occasional service errors like misplaced packages or broken equipment occur, the staff is generally helpful in resolving these problems. Overall, the service is committed to making customer experiences better.
