“This is, by far, my favorite post office! Everyone here is so friendly and helpful, exactly what you want to experience in a small town post office. I work close by, so I make it a point to use this location for mailing rather than the location close to where I live. Keep up the great work and know that you are all appreciated for the level of “service with a smile” you bring to your job!”
“The gentleman behind the counter was great! I had a package coming from Amazon that was supposed to have been delivered to my house today. When I checked on the status, it said the package was being held at the post office awaiting my pickup, per my request. I never requested for my package to be held.
I went to the post office to pick up my package, but it was not there. Even the P.O.'s system said the package was there, but, alas, it was not. The gentleman then got on the phone and tracked down the carrier to see what had happened. I left, having been told that the package would be there at the P.O. the following morning. A few hours later, I received notification that the package had now been delivered to my residence. Apparently, the gentleman got hold of the carrier and had them deliver today, as it was originally scheduled.
This gentleman went out of his way, understood and appreciated my frustration, and made things right.

“CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT OUR POST OFFICE.. I WAS WRITING A REVIEW ON DEWHITE THAT HELP ME FIGURE OUT WHY I RECEIVED A CERTIFIED LETTER AND HE STUCK WITH ME FOR AT LEAST AN HOUR ,HOUR AND A HALF CALL ME BACK.. “I want to shout out Rosa, an employee at the Post office on Atherton Rd in Flint.We received a package today that was not ours. My roommate had ordered something but the shipping label fell off her package and got stuck to this package... so it was delivered to us.I took the package to the post office and the label for my roommate's. Rosa was awesome and found her package label-less in the back.She was extremely kind and incredible the whole time. Thank you Rosa!”

I went to get my passport and was having some confusion regarding the paperwork, but Anna (the amazing staff member) was so very understanding and helped me so much!”
“Nothing but good experiences with the employees that work at this post office. We had an interesting road construction situation all summer that lead to me having to contact pretty frequently for package pickups since they couldn't get to our home; they were super nice and helpful each time I called. Gotta appreciate the small things in life like good customer service!”

“one of the carriers goofed my delivery a bit and gave me a key to a broken parcel box, a kind gentleman drove himself from the PO to unlock it for me and rescue my package! wishing i could remember his name to add to this glowing review ? i was just so excited to get my mail lol.”
