“Today went into shoe sensation of mt pleasant. Looking for a specific men's sneaker. This nice young lady named Matti came over as she heard us discussing a shoe with each other. Was so helpful and later after purchasing that shoe. I went to women's not needing anything but saw a clearance item was in love with but not in my size. Thought thats over no shoe for me.....nope she wanted to check her home store as she was just helping at this one. Thought she had my size there....nope but had already checked other stores trying so hard to find one in my size as she knew I was so on love with that shoe. Bingo came out with finding it in Cadillac shipping it to this one at end of the week. Iwas overjoyed with that....so guess what getting it when it gets here.
This gal went above and beyond with her knowledge......customer service and everything in between. This gals a keeper
