I just got my service moved to an old phone because I dropped my phone in the lake. Cole Smith was extremely helpful. He got me taken care of as quick as possible and even got the Sim card swapped for me. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Will NEVER use this Verizon again! Left CMU Verizon due to endless errors on their billing nonstop for years. Then this Verizon charged someone elses Verizon bill to my account. Went there to show them THEIR error THEY made on my bill. And I was told I have to pay their taxes on a bill that isn't mine!!! WHAT the BLEEP?!?! Where has common sense gone in this world today??? It isn't about doing right by the customer or consumer anymore! It is all about getting your MONEY in their pocket! Why not HIRE someone that can do the JOB RIGHT?! And why should I have to pay for YOUR MISTAKE?!?!

Had problems with my phone young man helped some what but grew impatient, said he couldn't be anymore help ,he was more entrested in selling my wife a new phone in which she made it clear she didn't need one. Should of just spoke with the assistant manager. But he's young and learning.

Wife and I are senior citizens without any technology knowledge. We were treated to the most respect and service that we have received in any store. If needing a phone or just service we highly recommend the Verizon store on Pickard Street in Mount Pleasant.

Verizon had approved my upgrade with a credit, so I went into the local shop to see what I would be getting. A very professional young sales person took care of me but unfortunately the manager lost the sale for him. She said I did not qualify for the credit and would need to change my plan. I left and went online and qualified for a higher credit than originally offered with no plan changes needed. I have been in sales for a long time, and I recognize that game she was trying to play.

I had a great experience with this store. Came in on a Sunday with less than a hour till close. Jake was able to help me make a decision on what phone I should upgrade to. He was very professional and was able to answer every question I had about the phones and plans. My family and I will be doing all our future business here.
