“Very happy with the 2 shopping visits my boyfriend and I made this past month. Went in looking for a pots and pans set and not only did we find a set... the original price was $250. It was half off then we got an extra 25% off. After that we gor $30 in Kohls cash which we then returned to get a dish set that was originally $120 on sale half off for $60. The store was very nice and clean. The employees were very awesome. Overall I was very happy with the visits. Will be shopping here again.”

“I am a frequent shopper at the rue21 in my town mt pleasant. It's a store I know I can always make an outfit for reasonable pricing In the clearance. Recently an employee, Katie, has been there while I'm shopping more often than not. She always gives me a warm genuine hello and asks how I have been doing. I hadn't been in in a while and she even went to say "I haven't seen you in a while, how have you been?" That made me feel like I mattered and brought a smile from ear to ear. Every time I am trying my clothes on she is always so fast to check in on me and take the things I don't want, and even goes out of her way to bring me new ideas. When I told her once that I usually only shop clearance (as she had brought me a beautiful-but out of my price range- romper) she didn't get annoyed at all. She actually introduced me to their Instagram! Now I'm not sure if every rue21 has their own Instagram, but they should! She explained that her and the team posted coupons all the time and there was one going on while I was in there! This girl talked me into grabbing not one, but 2 rompers AND a cute necklace to wear out with them! Not once did I feel like I was being pressured into buying something I didn't need! She even wanted to post me on the Instagram- (I'm a little insecure so I told her not today) but that made me feel so special! Thank you Katie!”
