We have purchased several Kitchen Aid appliances this past year including: induction stove/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, upright freezer and an under the counter refrigerator. Plus we just added a Speed Queen washer & dryer! We worked with the fabulous Jennifer who was super helpful, extremely knowledgeable, so friendly, and excellent at communicating with us. I can't imagine ever going anywhere else for appliances!! (I gave it a "5 star" review only because "10" was not an option ?) Thank you Seaway and Jennifer for helping us create our dream home ❤️”

“Never had an issue here. Sometimes it can be hard locating an employee, but little bit of looking and they help right away. Not like they can have a worker in every aisle. I did buy a picnic table from them, and it was missing parts and a piece was damaged. Not their fault, it was prepackaged from whoever supplies them. But they were quick to help me return in. It was their last one, but helped me looked at alternatives in-stock and also what the other nearby stores had. Always friendly people when I have to deal with them.”

The delivery was incredibly fast, and the delivery men were very courteous and thorough. They carefully removed our old couch and installed the new one with great attention to detail, making sure everything was in place before they left.
