The delivery was incredibly fast, and the delivery men were very courteous and thorough. They carefully removed our old couch and installed the new one with great attention to detail, making sure everything was in place before they left.

“Never had an issue here. Sometimes it can be hard locating an employee, but little bit of looking and they help right away. Not like they can have a worker in every aisle. I did buy a picnic table from them, and it was missing parts and a piece was damaged. Not their fault, it was prepackaged from whoever supplies them. But they were quick to help me return in. It was their last one, but helped me looked at alternatives in-stock and also what the other nearby stores had. Always friendly people when I have to deal with them.”

“Purchased a Speed Queen dryer from Randy. We were able to do the entire transaction over the phone. They took care of changing it over to propane gas use and delivered and installed it.
The two men that delivered and installed the dryer were very quick and efficient. I had moved the washing machine because of room. They offered to put it back in place and hooked up all the connections. They went above and beyond.
