“3rd party experience only, gotten many a product from here for all various types of projects, and know that even though I haven't personally been in the shop, they're the people/place to go to around here for seriously...anything...battery. Because if it's not on hand(but usually is) they will get it quick, like 24 max 48 hrs. Everyone I know who did do the actual in person impromptu walk ins, their customer service is retold as usually impeccable, and casual. Support local biz too right?”

“I stopped by being I was going to Meijer next door to have my battery tested and the young man came out right away and tested it and gave me some good pointers with me living up North and nit driving alot some days the car sits for weeks at a time. It was at 75% and system wad shutting down when turned off to save battery and couldn't use accessory. He said to make sure even in the warmer weather to start it and let it warm to running temp once a week and told me they also sell a battery tender if I wanted to go that route.”

“Want an honest, faith-based, auto body shop you can trust, who will fix your car for as cheap as they possibly can? Look no further. After my wife got in a wreck and knocked off the front bumper of my car, a family member told me to check out Lee's. I went in, and initially was quoted a number to fix everything that I agreed upon. Turns out, Lee's figured out a way to fix it using some of my salvageable front grill and bumper parts, and when I went to pick up the car, the cost was $500 less than what I had initially been quoted. Do you know how easily they could have just charged me what I agreed to pay? What integrity that displays? What $500 back in my pocket means to a dad with young kids in Muskegon County? God Bless you all. Thank you. The work was first rate by the way. Highest recommendation.”

“The best place for parts in town. Usually the lowest prices and usually have the parts you need in stock, even uncommon parts no one else keeps in stock. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I'm online trying to find a part and there is no option for vehicle make/model or part you need. Todd and the crew are great, they are helpful, knowledgeable and offer helpful tips to aide in your repairs. Fortunately I haven't been in for parts in awhile, but unfortunately I need to now and I'm unable to check the availability and price online so I'll have to stop in. The website could be down for updates or something? Maybe it's not user friendly? But I recommend you give them a call and compare the price, quality, and warranty on your next project? You might be surprised and you won't find friendlier service anywhere in town than you will there. Before the web this store would have gotten A++ rating, it is Worthy of 5+ stars.. You'll agree if you give them a call ...”

“Throttle cable on my Harley broke and thank God right in front of this shop. Larry was incredibly generous and let me borrow a couple tools to expose the broken cable and offered me vice grips to work the cable so I could get the bike home. Larry saved me a ton of time and money for a tow. I couldn’t be more appreciative of his generosity.”
