I got in an accident in the Norton Shores and the police called Baxters to come get my car. They not only towed my car they gave me a ride back to their shop, fed me burgers, went back to the accident scene to find my keys that I dropped and let me pet their dog until my ride came. 10 stars. Would highly recommend.
