Best Buy is amazing, kind, patient customer service. Helpful people in the laptop and computer section diagnosed problems and fixed devices with no charge. A customer got thorough information on prices, specs, colors and the difference between speakers. The Geek Squad department does a great job with devices and installed a pop‑up blocker to prevent further problems. My computer crashed and someone came immediately, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Transfer from old phone to new phone was done with patience even when carrier issues caused LONG time. I haven't been to Best Buy in years. My first visit back was great. We had two people attend to our return and another that helped us find earbuds. They had great recommendations.
