“I went there to get a washer serviced. They were super easy to deal with. Repair man came out and was there exactly when he said he would be. He was knowledgeable worked fast but not sloppy and had everything back together running in under an hour. I generally don't trust Repair people. They earned my trust. I would give then 5 stars but the fact that I had to call them in the first place takes that star away. I know they didn't build my Maytag so it's not totally there fault it broke. To anyone else good luck getting that kind of service from any big box store.”

“Hey!Langlois is one of the best furniture stores in West Michigan. Although the prices are some what steep on items, they have dozens of options for any price ranges. I have bought several Amish furniture items from them and I have never been un happy. Dressers, end tables, side tables, bookcases, etc. All from the same Amish maker. Superb quality and excellent craftsmanship. Also two very nice sectional sofas as well.The best part of Langlois is the staff. If you go there, ask for Eric. He has helped me over the past 18 months in picking my furniture out and has been terrific.If you are looking for quality furniture at a reasonable price, choose this business. You won't be disappointed one bit!”

“Never had an issue here. Sometimes it can be hard locating an employee, but little bit of looking and they help right away. Not like they can have a worker in every aisle. I did buy a picnic table from them, and it was missing parts and a piece was damaged. Not their fault, it was prepackaged from whoever supplies them. But they were quick to help me return in. It was their last one, but helped me looked at alternatives in-stock and also what the other nearby stores had. Always friendly people when I have to deal with them.”

“I had Home Depot in Muskegon do a refacing of my kitchen cabinets and replace my countertops. My kitchen is huge as a caterer built the home. This was done February, 2024. Ryan Pisciotta replaced my cabinets and built a pantry. He showed up every day when he said he would. He enclosed the kitchen area with plastic, laid down canvas on the floors and cleaned up before going home. He did all of this in four days time! He did a beautiful, precise job. You would never know how he did it. He is an artist and is a very conscious craftsman. Premier Granite and Stone did my countertops in white quartz thru Home Depot. The are gorgeous and easy to clean. There was one seam and no one can find it. I saw them do it, that's the only reason I know where it is. I'm very happy with the job everyone did. Thank you again.”

“Best Buy is the ultimate place for the geek in you, and boy am I geek if I had a million dollars I would be broke before I left that place. There are so many awesome things, from bikes to trains to video games..... oh wait, that's toys r us...Lol ? ?Seriously, though, gaming computers, laptops, tablets oh my, cell phones, smart watches, and security camera systems to that new microwave I needed after my daughter thought it was a good idea to put her Samsung tablet in my old one for a minute... well, Best Buy came to the rescue to replace both .... although the tablet is mine now. No more microwaved tablets .. who knew I needed a lock on the microwave for an 11 yr old... who knew... great place.”
