The first car that they gave us had a check engine light and was filthy inside and out. We brought it back for a different car, not the car that we wanted/needed. It was also filthy inside and out. I will definitely not ever rent from Budget and I will let everyone know our experience

Reserved online. Pickup and drop off was fast and easy, person at counter was friendly. But the vehicle had tires that were well worn and needed to be replaced, making it dangerous to drive in the snow.

Unreliable. 1st reservation: Location was closed due to power outage. Understandable, but nothing was done to notify customers. 2nd reservation: Location was closed despite reservation conformation & website indicating it would be open.

Honestly the service wasn’t great and didn’t even get my deposit back till this day.. two different ladies I ask before and after getting the rental car told me to wait 4 or 5 business days to get my deposit back.. but nun even came through and that was on September.. I pay $700 then when I return the car back with a full tank like they said they took $400 out..

I've rented from Budget at Muskegon County airport multiple times and it's always a 5⭐️ experience. Small airport so there's hardly ever a wait for anything. The only drawback to this particular location is the limited hours,

They take your money and don’t have the cars to rent you. Then it can take up to 10 days to be refunded.

Do not EVER EVER rent from this company. Total when we booked it was $338.00 but ended up charging us $623.00 for a 7-hour rent! We were charged for fuel despite of filling the tank and late fee despite of returning it early. Customer service sucks and definitely disputing this with our credit card company!

Nicole was very pleasant. We were given a free upgrade because they did not have the size we reserved available. We were worried about gas mileage and she took her time to go through the vehicles she had to to find the one with the best gas mileage. We will be back. Thank you!

Car was fine and the rental spot I picked up the car at was great. I was wrongly charged a late fee and the girl at the counter wouldn't take care of it. Said I had to call corporate office. That's a joke!!
