About Budget Car Rental
Budget Car Rental provides rental vehicles described as nice and very clean. Pickup and drop off is often fast and easy with friendly, polite, and prompt service, sometimes going above and beyond. Customers report good experiences, especially at smaller airport locations with little wait. However, some reviews note issues like overcharges, double charges on insurance without a solution, and vehicles with well-worn tires that can be dangerous. The agency can be helpful in urgent situations, but customers are advised to be cautious regarding billing and vehicle condition.
