“Helpful teller efficiently walk me through the insurance claim while my windshield was replaced, so no talking over the ohone and no time wasted. The waiting room was pleasant with complementary sweets and history channel television. Work took just a few minutes over an hour, rather fast. Teller helped with everything and made everything fast and efficient including answering stupid questions quickly and with courteousy. They even told me precautiously to avoid removing some tape and car washes for two days.”

“I got into a minor accident and Gerber was very fast at getting my car in. The repairs did take some time due to the car I have, but they kept me updated every step of the way and they were on time with what was quoted, time wise. Very kind people who are willing to answer any questions you have.

I needed my bumper replaced and they told me that the new paint might not match the original completely, but I see no difference! The repairs were wonderful, and my car drives just as before. If needed, I would 100% go back because of how easy and smooth the process was.

“I was in an accident and went into the snow bank which ended up causing the steering to shake at speeds over 30. Probably ice building up throwing off balance but wanted to be sure for peace of mind. Took my car to Belle for the first time on a Saturday. They were busy but the assistant manager who helped us was able to have a tech look at it. They checked the suspension, shocks and balance and determined it was just ice building up. Their tech removed all of the ice and had the car ready for us roughly 30 mins from arriving. I went to the counter to pay and he let me know it was no charge and was glad that everything was ok and we were safe to drive. I was in shock that they performed the work for free and felt blessed after such a rough week. Their professionalism, kindness during the interaction and thoroughness was above and beyond my expectations when arriving. I was so impressed with Belle that it will now be my tire shop going forward. If you plan on getting ties or anything tire related I highly recommend this store.
