“If I could give Muskegon Henry Street Enterprise 10000000 STARS I WOULD!!! Customer Service at this location has ALWAYS been on point. I have memberships with other rental car agency's by way of coupon books, AARP, prescription cards, previous rental etc. but I always use Enterprise on Henry Street. Everyone there is always courteous, and attentive to my servicing needs every time I've needed the service. I use their Enterprise Picks You Up Service, they are always available and on time. The cars are fresh, clean, and gassed up. The office space is clean and orderly easy fast service if there is a crowd and somewhat a wait until they get to you they don't just let you stand there limbo they acknowledge your presents and offer you a water, that type of consideration is very important to me. I have given many, many ,many referrals to this location. My experience with this location has been AWSOME and all I can say is Enterprise Henry Street Thank You and YOU ROCK!!!!!”

“Tabitha was amazing! She was kind enough to give me a really nice new car (Bronco) with low mileage since I am going to rent the car for almost two months. And when I came out to it I felt a bit uncomfortable since I am not used to drive that big sized car! I am so thankful she helped me to find a car I felt comfortable with and that she had so much patient with me while we tried different cars since my phone did not want to connect (due to VPN issues) and she helped me with a solution for that to!
