“Customer service was great. Rental reservations, pickup and return was easy. The only concern that I would mention is that the front window shield had a crack in it and it was noted in the system as just a chip. It was more than a chip, in fact, during my Rental the Crack grew larger. Although I wasn't held responsible for it, my concern is that renting the vehicle with that size crack could have caused unsafety for the renter. Otherwise, my experience was great.”
