“Cannot say enough wonderful things about Tabitha!! After a crazy day of bad luck and delays, I was at the end of my rope, but Tabitha was kind, generous and patient. She got me in a car and on my way fast and efficiently, turning my whole bad day around in a snap. Thank you, Tabitha for being so very good at your job! 10/10 (wish I could say the same about everyone else I encountered that day.)”

“Budget came through for me when my rental car broke down due to mechanical issues. I called the roadside assistance number and spoke to a rep who assisted me quickly in not only locating a replacement vehicle but also arranging for a towing company to take the broken down car plus driving me to the closest Budget that had a car available. It was roughly an hour away but the ride was pleasant. The rep at the Muskegon Budget Rental counter was super fast, efficient and kind. It’s great to get this kind of personal assistance when I was fearing the worst. Thank you for making a stressful situation a lot less stressful!”

“I had a really good experience using this rental car service for a vacation to visit my the west coast of Michigan. Jay and Drake were really helpful in facilitating my rental and making sure I got a nice clean luxury vehicle to impress my family. Would recommend to others”
