“Great staff, very friendly and helpful. I recently was alerted to a possible fraudulent charge on my debit card. They took care of the issue immediately. They contacted me, it was fraudulent, did not let the transaction go through, cancelled my card, and I received a new one in (less than:) 7-10 business days.

“LFCU is a great place to do your banking. Mu husband has had an account there for over 40 years, and his father before him. Although a bit of staff turnover (since COVID) the staff is always very friendly and especially kid-friendly. They have a good driveup, ATM, and regular inside service hours. They also offer online banking, Zelle transfers, mobile check deposits - all the modern options. I recommend this place to anyone.”

“Most of the negative reviews are entitled boomers trying to pin LMCU by being review bullies. Anytime I need something they do they best they can and usually pretty quick. Sometimes they are busy.... no you can't cut in line even if "it is really quick." Just be realistic think to yourself "if I worked here how would i want to be treated" and stop pretending you have a better understanding of how a bank should operate with your 30 years of shop experience...you 1 star people just sound like entitled yuppies.”
