Been here for years. They are more personable than other banks and the app works more smoothly and is more user friendly and easily navigable. I have accounts at 3 Muskegon banks, and Independent is my favorite.

I love the bank and the people, but it's bad business to close the lobby at 430.It would be wiser to be open to 515.

Amazing tellers, always going the extra mile for the customer! The new manager has product in a great staff!
