“I thought that I would beat the rush today and arrived before they opened. A dozen other customers did the same. We lined up in front of the store. When the store opened everyone whisked in and was greeted by an associate very quickly. I was probably 7th in line and had no problems. It was a simple equipment switch for me. I was out in less than 10 minutes. They were certainly organized. 🙂 The last time I was there it was also pretty darn quick to get helped.”
