“I had totally screwed up my phone screen protector, went in to store to get new on installed, with a new case protector, I was dreading it! Presently surprised, door unlocked! Greeted by person! He introduced himself, and asked how he could help!
Overall made me glad I've been a TMobile customer for over 20 years.

“I came into the store with my father to open a new line and get a new phone. Heather was great to work with. She was kind, relatable, professional and helped me find exactly what I needed. She transferred all my photos, files, apps, music, etc to my new phone. I really enjoyed my experience with her helping me get set up with a new phone, phone number, phone case, and charging block. I will definitely return as a customer.”
