“Went to get my sister a new phone as hers broke. Very impressed with Marcel. He was so very helpful and knowledgeable about the phones. I was worried that she wouldn't be able to keep her old number but she was able to. She doesn't have a contract type phone we just get her a card each month for her minutes. We have been to the Apple Ave store in the past and I will not ever go there again. If you have Cricket go to the Sherman store next to Walmart. THANK YOU again Marcel for your help getting her all set.”

EuNeeka has a heart of Gold and she answered every question that needed to be answered and if I must say y’all need more workers like her. Secondly Arynn did her thing as well with being very helpful and Rayshawn was also helpful and lastly they all got down to business and explained all promotions and if I must add In more I will most definitely say they didn’t let us down they did extremely excellent and did they big one. I love y’all team on apple on the first day of me walking in that door. Keep them. That team has the best hearts ever and I bet no other’s stores can score a 100% on how generous they was and are to people’s.”
