WHERE is Scott?????? This woman with brown hair and glasses was super rude today! All I had to do was unlock my card and she scoffed at me and told me to move so she could help others. All I had to do was hit a SINGLE button and she was so rude and impatient with me. At least I had the DECENCY to put my items back that I didn't buy because she was already preparing for the next customer despite not finishing serving me. WE WANT SCOTT BACK or someone different.

Plenty of variety but only like 3 workers for the whole store which makes it harder to get any answers for questions.

I was very satisfied with my pets first time grooming at Petsmart! The staff was super friendly and willing to answer any questions I had along the way! Selena did a great job with Mavis and putting me at ease knowing she was in great hands!

Sorry in advance for the long review so I Took my dog In to get his nails cut and ground down and to have his feet cleaned (hair trimmed on bottom of feet ) well first he had been there at least a dozen times and NEVER had even the slightest problem letting them bathe cut his hair nails everything he does great with grooming so I left him with them and went and walked around the store when I came back to the window I see two girls roughly jerking him back and fourth he was clearly stressed and pulling away the they put a cone on him and continued Never once stopped to let him calm down or try to sooth him they just wanted to whip threw it anyway just as I was about to go in and put a stop to this the girl stops and the the page came over that he was ready when I was on my way home I looked at his feet the nails were barley cut he still had hair all over his paws and as far as grinding his nails the back nails only had a few nails that were barley touched with the grinder and the front t were untouched so I payed $23 for them to trim some of his nails and traumatize him when I called the girl was rude and uncaring SMH the just lost a long time customer I will not be bringing him there again

I had a pretty positive experience inside the store itself. I went there to abopt a parakeet so my parakeet at home has a friend. My complaint is the fact that the wings of my new budgie have been clipped. Not only does this completely defeat the purpose of them being birds, but it's also very dangerous for the bird in general. If my bird was ever in a situation where he needs to get away quickly, he won't be able to because he's stuck on the ground

Took granddaughter for her birthday gift. She wanted a frog or turtle and yet again there were none even tho their app said that they were in stock...she settled for a Betta and I will get her frog somewhere other than here now ..was 4th time we went and didn't have what they said they did.

I have a 4 month old puppy and I filled out a form at Petsmart in muskegon over two weeks ago. I wanted to talk to the trainer to see what class would be best. I waited a week and no call or email. So I stopped in a week later I filled out another one and asked to be contacted. And the funny part is the slip I filled out a week ago was still in the box. So now over two weeks have gone by with no attempt to contact me. But wait it's gets even better. I was on the area today and I just stopped in to look in the box you put the slips in and guss what? Are you ready for it both of my slips and other people's from overtwo weeks were still in there. I'm guessing they don't want to help train people's pets.

PetSmart is the only pet store in my town that carries the brand of food my pet needs and loves. ProPlan Sensitive Skin And Stomach, chicken entree flavor. So not only do they carry it, but it's always in stock and they have the exact flavor my cat prefers. They carry a ton of ProPlan wet food options as well as in the dry food.
