Terrible bank. No matter what your reasoning even for false charges they will just milk your account with overdraft fees even though the charges you had on the account were false. Don't go through these guys save your money

This branch is 2 blocks from my business and they are the worst. The never have enough tellers so you wait a long time every time. I can go into a PNC in Holland and they call me by my name. They actual made some suggestions to make my banking experience better.
