“I pulled into Down Town Tire running on hopes, prayers, and a tire that was losing air faster than my patience. I went in hoping for a simple patch, but unfortunately my tire had other plans. In a way only a woman like myself could manage, there was a hole in the sidewall. Was it the beer bottle I accidentally ran over the day before? Tire spikes from Old Grand Haven Road? Some mysterious road hazard with a personal vendetta against me? Only God knows.

“I was in an accident and went into the snow bank which ended up causing the steering to shake at speeds over 30. Probably ice building up throwing off balance but wanted to be sure for peace of mind. Took my car to Belle for the first time on a Saturday. They were busy but the assistant manager who helped us was able to have a tech look at it. They checked the suspension, shocks and balance and determined it was just ice building up. Their tech removed all of the ice and had the car ready for us roughly 30 mins from arriving. I went to the counter to pay and he let me know it was no charge and was glad that everything was ok and we were safe to drive. I was in shock that they performed the work for free and felt blessed after such a rough week. Their professionalism, kindness during the interaction and thoroughness was above and beyond my expectations when arriving. I was so impressed with Belle that it will now be my tire shop going forward. If you plan on getting ties or anything tire related I highly recommend this store. “This place is amazing!!!! We have the fourwinns boat. Trailer shredded a tire. We where literally at the light by Tread Monkey building, turned into the parking lot and bam Tread Monkey. The gentleman was working on a jeep. Walked over and asked about fixing the trailor tire. Mind you its 87 degrees and 4pm. He had that tire off so fast!!! Barley even a wait. That guy was a champ. He didnt have to fit us in. He could of taken ten years to do it. He could have been angry because of the heat, but he was none of those things. Talk about an amazing company. 10/10 will be spreading the word of his business, and his kindness. Will also bring future business to his door. I love that they come to your home as well.”
