Over the past year, UPS drivers have repeatedly failed to deliver packages to my address despite my being home at the time. Instead of attempting delivery, they consistently leave a “missed delivery” notice without ringing the bell or knocking, then reroute the package to an access point. I have taken extensive steps to resolve this, including coordinating directly with the local UPS Store franchise manager, providing building access, and clearly instructing that packages should not be sent to access points. Despite assurances that the issue was resolved, the problem persists without improvement. The lack of follow-through and meaningful resolution reflects poor customer service and an ineffective internal process.

Bad service, constantly changing delivery dates, this is the 4th time its changed its delivery date. The last time it was on a truck, and even gave me the notification that it was being delivered. Never showed up.

I stayed home today due to a package that was due here today. I ended up having to request a call from the call center because they changed my delivery day to tomorrow. I can not stay home both days. I told the two workers that they were in the wrong for changing the date at the last moment. They said that they changed the date for it even though it was at the local store for me because it supposed to be 2 day delivery not 1 day. They dropped the ball. They should have kept the delivery date for the 16th the whole time. They have no option for me to pick up the package. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Paid extra for expedited shipping. Shipment was delayed and arrived in the timeframe of the standard shipping option. UPS provided no reasonable option for local pickup even though the package had been checked into the local facility. UPS is also not providing a direct path for reimbursing the expedited shipping cost that I never received.

Normally I have no issues with UPS but lately they have done nothing but drop the ball. Can't talk to a person only automated system which makes it even more frustrating.

I really hate when the drivers honk their horn. It’s not a requirement and it really disturbs my dogs and all the neighborhood dogs.

Awesome how you guys are closed to customers now and never put a notice or even took signs down. Lazy ass management and shitty business practice to not keep your customers informed or post you closed this location down.

All I can say is what a great team! I needed something to be held and had little to no hope that it would be found amongst all of the packages. Luckily, Dee saved the day and miraculously found my package amongst 800+ others and was able to hold it for me. Great group and incredibly helpful.

How can they call this a Customer Center when they won't accept customers? Went to drop off a package that has to be taken to a Customer Center and they could not help. How are they not open to the public?

Everytime they delivered 4 to 6 big box's in 1 delivery every month. And at least half the box's were opened or really damaged. We called the company to ask what had happened. They said it was coming from UPS warehouse or delivery. No help what so ever.

Well I have to say that I am more than happy with the service I got from the service centre this morning, I was awaiting a package from Skims that took a week to be dispatched from their warehouse and unfortunately was due to arrive the same day as I was flying out from Chicago back to the UK as I was staying locally in Muskegon while on vacation. Top marks to the ladies at the reception desk for quickly finding my packing and allowing me to take it away for my journey. That saved a lot of hassle.
