“I don't really understand the bad reviews but this is a used car place that's the risk your taking. I bought a 2012 Chevrolet Cruze recently great miles & I took it to the shop to get looked at before I just start driving it because I have 2 kids & plus that's the smart thing to do. Long story short just minor issues got it fixed right away but overall a great buy.”
“I'm impressed all the way around! After a lifetime of new company cars every 2 years, I finally bought new from a dealership. Admittedly, I was skeptical at first (who hasn't heard all the bad stories about the car buying experience?). They singlehandedly changed my mind. Just prior to Covid becoming a panic I leased a Tacoma from them and due to my travels, had to do it remotely. They patiently answered all my endless questions, handled the financials over the phone and when I took delivery, made it a seamless transaction.
After the lease was up I purchased it. Literally every time I call to set up an oil change, every person I speak to is polite and responsive.
A little bit ago there was a minor incident while in for service. What happened is irrelevant. What IS relevant is that once everything was communicated they took ownership of the issue, fixed it and made what could've been a negative into a positive.
Good attitudes, fair pricing, quality products, customer focused results...how many businesses of any kind today can do that and maintain it as a model? My Toyota Muskegon does and I will continue to buy from them in the future.”

Joe definitely does not scam people. He's the type of guy who would do anything to help you. Anybody who goes based off the website should understand they arent super tech driven and prefer paper.”
