O'Reilly Auto Parts is the best store to get vehicle parts from. The store is clean and the staff is always super friendly, helpful, and kind. Employees provide outstanding and above-and-beyond customer service, making customers feel well taken care of. They are happy and helpful at any location. This is a good organization and a highly recommended go-to place for car parts.

I have been loyal to O'Reilly Auto now for 4 years because of the Military discount but more so because of the employees. It seems any location I patron is the same. If the employees are happy it must be a good organization. Will continue using my Negaunee location weekly at a minimum (:
