    “Last week I accidentally left a bag containing T-shirts and other merchandise at the New Baltimore Anchor Bay Thunder Festival. A good Samaritan from the silent auction (forgot name) turned it in to Boater City, and that's where the exceptional customer service began. Boater City went above and beyond. They reviewed transaction records, found my name, tracked down my contact information, and reached out to let me know they had my belongings. Thanks to her efforts and the honesty of the person at the silent auction who turned everything in I was able to recover it all. Good things are coming to both of you! It's rare to find that level of integrity and customer service these days but Im happy its alive and well and weaved into the New Baltimore fabric. Boater City is a fantastic local business with a great selection of boating gear and accessories, but it's the people that truly set them apart. They've earned a loyal customer, and I'll gladly recommend them to anyone looking for boating merch or simply a business that genuinely cares about its customers. Thank You 👊🙏👏”

    “The employee that helped me was really nice and very very helpful. It was clean and tidy inside. I do wish the pants were always stacked in the correct order to make it easier to shop, but that’s probably hard to maintain and could be partially a shelf space issue. I would love to see this location carry more sizes to be more inclusive and have more in-store tall options because currently all of the tall options are from returns so it’s luck of the draw or shop online. Sizing and fit can be a bit tricky (more to do with corporate and manufacturing but worth mentioning) when comparing very similarly styles. I have even seen some small differences between two pairs of the same style in different colors of denim. Sometimes I have to buy online if they don’t have a tall in the style I want. Still when I find a pair I like I really really like them and I have always have had really pleasant experiences at this store and with the employees so far.”
