I went there to buy a case for my s24 Ultra and the people who work there are just rude. I do not have Verizon so I will never get it now. I ask to see a couple of cases and this guy that helped me, I asked if I could see a case to see how it fits he takes in a deep breath and sighs like it alot of work or something. This guy was the impediment of lazy.

Came in to take care of our Aunts phone and decided to update our Google Pixels... Caitlin was excellent in her customer service and responsiveness to our questions and needed help adjusting things on our bill. I would suggest that if you need a phone or home Internet to see the staff at this Verizon location. All of the staff was welcoming and helpful. The manager assisted us with a delivery issue as well. So glad we came to this store.

Molly was so wonderful & helpful! Will definitely be coming back! She made getting a new phone, iPad & switching my husbands phone over a breeze. She was as quick as she possibly could be & so friendly!

The associates working were good but I sat there for 50 minutes waiting while the manager did nothing he started closing up the store and didn't help customers instead and bad communication too because I wasn't checked in properly the guy gets to me an d said oh you are checked in wrong you could have been out a long time ago

Said my phone needed to be refurbished when both my wife and my phone only started having problems after they switched our plans. Their IT people don't know what they're talking about.

I had a week long, seven call, three store visit upgrade disaster that the Rep at this store wanted no part in, told me I had 20 minutes to resolve "my issue" before closing time and proceeded to look at his watch repeatedly. No offer to help, no apologies on all the problems on Verizon's end. If I wasn't making him a buck I was worthless to this Mullet salesperson. Wish I got his name but then again I would never work with somebody that poor at his job anyway. Always feels good to be treated unwelcome like something stuck to the bottom of you shoe you can't wait to scrape off and fling to the side but hey Mullet boy got to leave on time.

The staff are beyond rude. Went in to pick up my phone which again got canceled for a second time. Guy in store says , You have 20 minutes to resolve your issue. He then stood there looking at his watch repeatedly. These people need to go back to basic training, they have no business being in customer service. Just WoW!

Sat for over an hour waiting for the one guy in the store to finish talking to some people and help me. I left because they clearly were going to take another hour or so. OBVIOUSLY YOU NEED MORE THAN ONE EMPLOYEE. Huge waste of time

Unhappy that I signed up, got a new phone and now that I’ve received the new bill it does not add up the way I was told in store. Worker quoted me for a new phone with a monthly payment of $109. So I went ahead and got the phone. My next payment comes, it’s $140 so after hours of phone calls and several representatives it was ruled out the worker quoted me the wrong price now I’m stuck with a $140 payment instead of $109 because someone doesn’t know how to do their job. Was told there was nothing I could do, Which is super sad because Ive been with Verizon for over 7 year. I will probably take my business to AT&T once my plan is up :(
