“Customer service at this store is top notch. We have had a couple of hiccups along the way (no fault of Snooze), but they have been and currently are being resolved. Bree has been phenomenal with follow-ups and helping us resolve our issues. I highly recommend Snooze if you are looking for a mattress and want to talk with someone that is very knowledgeable when it comes to finding one that’s best for you. I have recommended Snooze to family and friends because of the quality of their customer service and very nice selection of mattresses.
