Zellar's Village Inn is a great place with a family atmosphere. The food is very good, even better, great, hot and tasty, with huge, big portions. The staff is friendly, helpful, attentive, and wonderful. Service is outstanding, though sometimes kind of slow. The lounge offers a pool table, music, and well-mixed drinks. It is a small ma and pa place in Newberry where you definitely want to stop, just be hungry. A credit card fee is charged for using a credit card. Overall, it is a great place.
The food was alright, service was good. They had a salad/soup bar that came with the meal I ordered. (Was a nice touch to the experience) Overall rating id give it 8/10.

We didn't stay at the Inn, we just stopped in for a great breakfast! Definitely the place for breakfast!

Amazing food. Fair prices. Great service. Will definitely be going back the next time we are up in the UP
