“This team is ethical and amazing! I had my brakes changed at Gurley Leep and I had issues with my brakes since. Even after I brought it back in to get them checked again, Gurley Leep said it was fine. Cautious and trusting my gut, I took it into Zolmon’s to get the work checked. Zoloman’s found that Gurley Leep didn’t put two rotor bolts in my front brakes (which caused damage to my tire and could’ve caused an accident).
Zolman’s not only gave me two bolts for free, they encouraged me to record the issue, and provided me documentation of the issue to bring to Gurley Leep. They did all this for FREE and the lady gave me a hug after I was so discouraged from the situation with my car.
I’m going to Zolman’s from now on. They treated me right and were honest.”

“The service department at Kia was a huge help getting things sorted on my 2021 Kia Soul which was having some major engine issues. Everyone was very helpful, they kept me informed about where things were at in the process, provided a loaner, and generally made this as pain-free as possible.
As a note, I purchased my vehicle at Gurley Leep, and wish I would have purchased it Tyler.
Every time I try to get service at Gurley Leep I'm told it's going to be at least 6 weeks before they can see me, and this was even when I had a check engine light come on. Gurley Leep also doesn't honor service through the extended warranty we purchased at any other dealer within 50 miles, so it's either wait a minimum of six weeks or pay up (things they never told us when we purchased it). Thankfully my issue was one covered by the Kia warranty directly, and that's the reason I was able to get this resolved at Tyler.”

“Clarks was my go to garage while I was in town and I took my vehicle up there for some repairs and I will say that I am very pleased with the service professionalism and cost of clarks service and repairs. I would definitely recommend them they found a rock stuck inside my firewall that was causing terrible noises upon acceleration. They removed the rock and didn't charge me a thing! Also fixed some brake hardware that was causing some issues and squealing for a very reasonable price. Clarks had me up to par in no time. Thanks clarks ????”

“I had an odd issue on a Saturday afternoon of needing 2 trailer wheels needing their tires replaced...one at a time since I couldn't bring the pontoon nor jack up both sides at the same time. The Walmart option would have been $15 less but taken 2 days to get done. The guys at Chad's helped solve my issue quickly and even offered me $5 off which was especially nice of them. Go local- forget these corporate options.”

“The combination of Precision Auto and G&G Auto Services saved the day for us. We were stranded on an off ramp (I31), in extreme heat, near Niles. We were towed by Precision Auto to the G&G garage. Our repair involved a few hours, their mechanics stayed late and accomplished the repair so we would not be spending the night in Niles. Excellent service, would recommend. Side note, a nearby Ford dealership was zero help when we called, they declared they were too busy, it would be days before they could assist. We are grateful for the help we received.”
“I’ve been looking for some 2 1/2” pipe for my exhaust system. No one in the Michiana area that I have called had any pipe in stock that they would sell except Hoffman Bros! I bought 17 feet at what I considered was a fair price and they had it in stock. The longest piece you can get from the auto parts store is 28” and that was almost half the cost of the 10’ section I bought. Close to $1/inch. They were also friendly too! Hoffman Bros will get my business from now on.”
