Broadway branch remodel is a very poor design. It looks more like a coffee shop than a bank. There are “offices” with only 3 walls that are open to the main area. Everyone in the bank can hear you discussing private banking business. There is even a waiting area directly outside of these “offices”!

On several occasions when I go to make a night deposit, there are never any envelopes. I'm not usually able to make it during working hours which in turn then I have to make several trips when it's not necessary.
