Granted it was later in the evening but it was quiet, clean and the speed bumps....not to say there wasn't any but I don't remember noticing any at all so...must be that they are easily traversedI believe that I would recommend this park to friends and family

About Niles Pines Estates
Niles Pines Estates is a quiet mobile home park nestled in the woods. Rentals are prohibited. Everyone purchases their own home and maintains the lot. Trash, water, and sewage are included. 1 pet is allowed, no more than 25 lbs. for a fee of $10 a month. Service pets are welcome. For an application, please visit the office during business hours. *We are currently full, no empty lots available.
