Did you seem to be making some new improvements since the park has changed hands. I see that they're taking a lot of the older trailers out and replacing them with new

Nice park, they were just taken over by new owners. Removing many of the old trailers and replacing with brand new ones. Not many amenities but still a reasonable lot rent.
