As of May 19th 2023...after banking here for 8yrs I closed my account...ATM is still down after a week and after sitting in the drive through for 15 minutes...the ONLY car in the drive through... GOOOOOOD RIDDANCE...this bank has lost its way when it comes to customer service.

Staff very friendly and helpful. I don't like that they moved. They are COVD compliant.

I would like to make future customers aware of the horrible service you receive from Old National Bank. They are only interested in charging fees and making a difficult situation worse. They don't try to work with the customer, the customer service is awful!!! My advice is never never open a account with Old National Bank.
