I woke up to my furnace not working in 13* weather. Sun Services showed up right away. Very professional and friendly. Price was fair and as quoted. The lady in the office was very friendly as well. I would recommend for any heating and cooling needs.

Removed old dryer vent and relocated it to a more efficient area. This company showed up on time, they were professional, countesses, and took care of the job in a timely manner. Will definitely use them again.

Sun Services is the best. I've had them service my heating/cooling for probably 10 years. Unlike my prior HVAC people, I have never felt like SS was overcharging me or pushing maintenance and new parts that I didn't need. Sun Service technicians are the best you could want. They're always prompt, always friendly, and bring a lot of experience to what they do. They've never met a problem they couldn't quickly fix. Smart, professional, and honest are their hallmarks. I wouldn't dream of having any other HVAC company service my home.
Update 11/2/21: The review above is 2 years old, but everything I wrote then still stands. My Sun Services tech just left after giving my furnace and water heater a very thorough winter inspection. As usual, the service was top notch. I can't overemphasize how great SS techs are in being thorough and careful in what they do. I always feel I'm in the best of hands when they come. They've never disappointed me.
And an update for 7/2/24. My water heater (not installed by Sun Services) finally gave out yesterday. I called them immediately yesterday afternoon to describe the problem and get an estimate for a new one. As usual, it took no time at all to get this done and technicians Nick and Brenner were out here at 8:00 this morning, way less than 24 hours after I first called. And, also as usual, they were great: efficient, knowledgeable, careful, and friendly. They went above and beyond, got the new water heater installed quickly and with an eye to safety, and left behind a clean work area. I cannot stress enough what a great company Sun Services is. They're customer-oriented and just a pleasure to work with. I'm hoping SS outlasts me, because I can't think of any other HVAC people I would want to have in my home. Bravo to everyone at Sun Services!

We hired Sun Services to replace our gas furnace and air conditioner, as well as run some new lines to a small room addition. They started the work by setting up the furnace in place and ran some trunks into the new space. Everything seemed like it was going ok. But when the heat pump ac unit arrived, we looked at the labeling on the carton and noticed that it didn't show the energy star logo which we were expecting it would have. When we asked about it, they told us they could supply one but it would be an added cost and might require a few adjustments to the furnace. So, he said he'd get back to us with the info the following Monday. But when they came back Monday morning, we didn't get any info or anything. They just said that this job isn't working out. We are stopping all work and taking the already installed furnace (but not hooked up yet) out of the house. When we asked what's going on, they just kept saying the same thing... "it's not going to work out, and you won't be happy." 10 minutes later they were gone. Luckily, the only thing we were out was the $500 permit fee. Now we are weeks behind schedule and can't find anyone to take this on for us. Everyone is busy now that it's summer. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THE COMPANY! If you do, you better not question anything... or else!
