“I'm not going to lie... First couple times I visited this chain I was not impressed. I understand upselling is a part of the job but it always rubs me the wrong way. Well the location on Whitehall road was extremely polite about it, not pushy at all on my choices. On top of that, while I was there, they refused to do service on another customer's car because there was no need to - gave her a spot check and sent her on her way happy. Faith in humanity, and this chain, restored. 👍”
“We had Scott’s replace the engine in my wife’s clean 2006 Subaru Baja we bought from a car lot thank god I paid extra for the warranty that covered the repairs all except $896 not bad for a brand new engine with a 3 year unlimited warranty these guys are great to work with will go back soon they also replaced the exhaust on my 2005 Chevy cobalt Lt that rotted out”
