“I had been looking all over for a gravel bike. I found one that I loved at Town and Country. It was a large purchase for me so I was a little hesitant. I came in to look at the bike at least 4 times and each time they were so helpful with all of my questions. They never pressured me at all! When I was deciding on a color, Mariah insisted that we take the bike out into the sun so I’d see what it looks like outside. She was so nice!!When I finally ordered my bike, it came in so quickly and they had it ready to go so fast. I brought in my own water bottle holder and they put it right on for me. Everyone who I talked to or dealt with was so nice, but Lance and Mariah were amazing!! I will definitely go back to town and country for all of my bike needs.”

“I called to see if they could help adjust my rear suspension on a new bike (that I didn’t purchase from the store) Cal, was extremely nice and understanding and when I asked if it was something they could do that day, which was a busy Sunday, he said yeah! I took the bike in and Mike helped me get everything set up. Not only did they help, they showed me how to do it myself for the future. Every other employee I ran into had a smile on and was nice. Being new to the area, this will definitely be the bike shop for me going forward.”
