I went to one of their newer stores, opened w/in 2 years ago, the service I received was great, the store was well stocked and the holiday collection was easy to locate. I hope by some miracle, the stores that aren't on the chopping block, will remain around for years to come.”
“This is now my first stop on grocery shopping day. Almost everything is $1.25 and they have name brands. Great for items like body soap, aspirin, allergy, pain meds, reading glasses, wrapping paper & gift cards, Mylar balloons, cleaning supplies, glassware, crafts and school Projects/office supplies, aluminum warming pans. Their friendly staff goes out of their way to help each customer. Now I only have to go to the grocery store to purchase items that Dollar Tree did not have! Excellent value!”

“This is a review for the Dollar Tree on Warren road in Westland. They have a poor attitude and they don't like to help people with disabilities. Out of all the Dollar trees I've ever went to this has to be the worst. They didn't have a basket without a bar for people with disabilities to take to their car. Their manager has a bad back which I understand but they had nobody to help me carry my stuff so customers help me. They no longer have a public restroom not even a key for the restroom they say it blame it on the other customers. They could at least have a key for people who are shopping and buying their product. Their attitude is horrible and their store stinks. I will take my business to other Dollar trees the one by me is absolutely awesome and they are very friendly. The Dollar Tree on Joy road and main Street has to be one of the best Dollar trees I ever went to with very positive attitude. I will give them five stars. These stores need to be mindful of everybody not just themselves.so to add to this review I gave them a second chancethey treated me very welland the cashier was very pleasantI'm changing my Google review. There are a few good people in this world. I was impressed with the service I had yesterday.”
“Amazing staff! They really care about their store and customers. They keep it cleaner than any DG I've been to. They are always disinfecting, mopping, etc. The store is a smaller DG than others in the area, BUT it's the best stocked store around. As soon as they get deliveries they are pushing out the product....and with all that, they still give great service! Highly recommend!”
“Five below always has a great selection of nicely priced items. One of the problems I have is that they took out all of the registers and put u-scan in but now you can't scan your own items because people still in the cashier still has to come and stand there and scan your items, just a little bit weird!”

“I love that store. And what makes it special is the fact that there is a lady that works there she is a slim, caucasian woman and she has a beautiful spirit. I do not know her name, but that is the best way for me to describe her. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. I wish I knew her name. She was working the floor and cashiering. I had just gotten off of work having a long hard day to walk in that store and converse with her was so refreshing and uplifted me. Please keep people like her working in your establishments. I love here. It is very hard to find very pleasant and beautiful people, such as herself.”

“For the last few visits I have cashed out with an employee by the name of Ann Marie. She's always kind and offer a warm greeting. She keeps a smile on her face and fully engage me throughout my tranmission. Today the store was extremely busy. Ann Marie was as if it was a normal day. I've been in management in retail for years. Employee's like these in this day and time are hard to fi d and keep.”
“Went to 5 different Dollar General's in close proximity looking fo a specific item. This was the last one we got and what a difference. This store was way more organized and had much more of a selection selection. Found what we were looking for at this one. Worth the distance. Definitely will go again.”

My only complaint and it's possible that I just have bad timing, on a regular occasion I've goin and it was little to know food inside the freezers. Outside of that small inconvenience it is always lots of variety and always staffed. Overall way more positives than negative.”
“Ok Who doesn't love Family Dollar they have everything that you need at a discount price you can go in there, they open at 8 o'clock in the morning. I'm going there right after I dropped my grandkids off at school to get the everything I need and they have great stuff on sale. They have food in the freezer's just in case you don't feel like going to a big grocery store. Now that they remodeled and everything is neat and clean it's just a great place to go in when you need something quickly .I love it check it out.”

She is rude, pushy and look inconvenienced when I walk in or she had to stop what she’s doing to cash someone out. The 2 ladies that are usually working are awesome! I know they need a break and days off, but she is the total opposite of what they need.”
