It is on the pricey side but the quality seems super worth it. The boutique itself is beautiful, small enough that you don’t feel lost, but with plenty of unique pieces to choose from. Even the shopping bags feel high-quality and well thought-out. Customers report the best customer service. One customer had a purse strap break, but the company replied within minutes and sent a new purse to the house. The owner is brilliant, especially when it comes to style and quality. Customers feel welcome without judgement of financial “status” and describe the staff as the sweetest women who are incredibly helpful and welcoming. It is a great experience and customers will definitely be returning. It is a go to for gifts.

Kiloh & Co is such a cute girly pop store. It’s great to have a store dedicated for us girls who love Michigan sports. Stephanie helped my friend and I and she was an absolute gem. I’ll definitely be back.

I have always loved their products from the inception of the brand. The owner is brilliant, especially when it comes to style and quality. I don’t even live in Michigan anymore and half my closet is Kiloh and Co. it’s my go to for gifts for myself and others 🩷 #treatyourself
