“Wonderful staff , great selection of food and treats, and they give the best doggie baths! We ordered "furminator" service with her bath at the Livonia location and the results were amazing! Update: we have taken her for baths twice at Northville location and both times she comes out terrified and running to the door. Our dog is very well mannered and gets a long with all people and other dogs, it scares me to think of what may have scared her so much but we will never take her to Northville location ever again”
“This was my first time stopping into the shop and I’m so glad I did. The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming. We had a great conversation about how he got started with the bakery and you can really feel his passion for what he does. It made the experience so special. They even have a photo wall featuring customer’s pets, which I thought was a meaningful way to include the community in the business.
The moment I walked in, I could tell everything was made with so much love and care for our pets. There were so many adorable and creative treats to choose from. I honestly had a hard time deciding, so I ended up leaving with a bunch for my dog. The prices were super reasonable too, which was such a nice surprise given the quality.
It’s rare to find a place that puts this much heart into what they do. I’ll definitely be back and I can’t wait to bring my pup with me next time. :-)”
“My sweet mini golden doodle boy is always so well taken care of at Scrubbers. At the West Bloomfield location Nandi was our groomer and she was awesome. I asked for a short, sweet and to the point hair cut and that's what I/he got. The establishment is clean and everything is easy. Also reasonably priced. Highly recommend. PS. For the Royal Oak Scrubbers I use Ashley. She's awesome, too. Overall a happy experience for me and my boy.”

“I was at the West Bloomfield location, to get my pitty's nails trimmed and while I was waiting I realized his harness didn't look right (first time using it). One of the employees (Taylor) happened to walk by so, I asked her opinion and she agreed. She then sat down on the floor and together we figured out the correct way to put it on. The great customer service & amazing staff like her, are the reason Premier Pet is the only pet store I'll go to. Thanks again to Taylor...not all heros wear capes ?”
“Love this place, they are willing to special order food for my picky cat at not extra cost AND more importantly they are willing yo keep it stocked on the shelves as well.
They know their stuff and are always happy to visit with your pet when they come in. Its the only place I shop for the needs of my cat and the new puppy we added to the family.”

“My doodle Oakley absolutely adores paw print inn. It’s his favorite place in the entire world, he adores the staff and literally wiggles with excitement the second we walk through the door. He has so much fun everytime he’s there. I also love that they have cameras so I can watch my little guy play with all his friends. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. “Took my Mom's 4-month-old miniature dachshund puppy in for a socializing walk and was greeted by several super friendly staffers. They weren't pushy at all but could answer all my questions about the various harnesses as the puppy grows. I come back here again and again. The foods available here also seem to be a solid notch or more better than what you'd see at Petco or Pets-Mart.”

“I love this store! They are friendly, helpful, and really go the extra mile to not just earn, but also keep your business. They value your patronage and it shows in the details like hand written notes and drawings on paper for online pickups, and warm staff that greet you and ask if you need help while you shop.
The variety of goods offered is comprehensive and prices are affordable. I like the text coupons and get especially great deals when they’re offered too. This is a gem in the community and so much different than the huge stores in all the right ways. I woof you Pet Supplies Plus of Novi!”

“The self wash area was just what I needed so that I didn't have to wash my Boerboel in the tub. The was area was big enough for him to get in, but not big enough for him to spin around. The staff was very nice and te price wasn't bad. I will definitely go there again.”

“I've rented U-Hauls from this location twice, both when I was moving in and now when I am moving out of my apartment. Each time I had a good experience. This time in particular, U-Haul was unclear on my pickup time (not Novi Feed's fault) and the two gentlemen who were there, Jared and Brendan, made sure I could get my rental as early as possible instead of waiting.”
