The store provides grooming services, nail trims, and baths, with experiences varying from excellent service to dissatisfaction where haircuts were not as requested. While the fish area and related staff knowledge could be better, making it less ideal for serious aquarists, the store remains a frequent destination for many pet owners. Customers can shop online and pick up items locally.

Great grooming service with knowledgeable people. A variety of quality products for dogs. The fish area could be better and the staff is not that knowledgeable. For the more serious aquascaper and fish keeper, this is not my first choice.
